Welcome to Icy. Hot. Pleasures.(“the House,” “we,” “us”). By using our services at icyhotpleasures.com and boutique.icyhotpleasures.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
Foyer. A non-marketed account state for approved or in-review members who have not yet selected a paid membership tier. Foyer is not a free public plan and does not include full access to the House.
Salon. A paid subscription currently listed at $149 per month or $1,290 per year. Salon includes the nightly concierge-curated Salon, Pass · Hold · Reach decisions, voice intros, discreet photo mode, unlimited mutual conversations, and access to paid Salon event tickets when offered.
Inner Circle. A paid subscription currently listed at $295 per month or $2,490 per year. Inner Circle includes all Salon features plus two Salon dinners per quarter at no additional ticket charge, concierge overtures, priority concierge response, eligible +1 privileges, earliest access to new cities and events, and a 30% discount on the house collection.
Black Door. A by-application membership currently displayed at $750 per month, with monthly or quarterly billing by arrangement. Black Door is display-only in the self-serve product until accepted by the House and separately activated by concierge.
Paid memberships are billed in advance through Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider we make available. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or by contacting concierge@icyhotpleasures.com. Refunds are handled by the respective payment platform according to their policies.
Current public pricing is displayed at /pricing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice where required. Existing active subscriptions may remain on their original price IDs until changed, canceled, or migrated by the payment platform.
The House is a curated space. Members are expected to conduct themselves with discretion and respect. Prohibited behavior includes:
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the service at the House’s sole discretion.
Members can block any other member at any time. Blocked members cannot view your profile, send messages, or appear in your Salon. If you experience behavior that violates these Terms, report it through the in-app reporting feature. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action. Reports are kept confidential.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, and personal data from the service within 30 days. Messages you sent to other members may remain visible to them. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple ID, Google Play account, Stripe billing portal, or the payment provider used at purchase before deletion. We do not charge a fee for account deletion.
All boutique sales are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD. Inner Circle members currently receive a 30% house collection discount where shown at checkout; Black Door or other concierge-arranged discounts may be handled separately. Shipping times are estimates. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Event invitations and Salon dinners may be offered by tier, city, and availability. Salon members may purchase event tickets at the per-event price shown at checkout, typically $185-$250 for founding member dinners unless otherwise stated. Inner Circle currently includes two Salon dinners per quarter at no additional ticket charge. Black Door event access is handled by concierge arrangement. RSVPs and ticket purchases are binding; if your plans change, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice so we can offer your spot to another member. Event ticket refunds, credits, or transfers are at the House’s discretion unless required by law or unless the event is canceled by us. The House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who behaves inappropriately at a House event. Venue-specific terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of RSVP or checkout.
The IHP name, logo, design system, content, and original assets are the exclusive property of Icy. Hot. Pleasures.. Members retain ownership of the content they post (photos, profile text, messages) and grant the House a limited license to display that content within the service for the purpose of operating the platform. This license ends when the account is deleted.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that matches, connections, or communications will lead to successful relationships.
The House is not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline. We do not perform background checks on members and encourage you to exercise caution and common sense when interacting with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icy. Hot. Pleasures. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in addition to any other legal remedies. If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting concierge@icyhotpleasures.com. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
